Franklin, you forgot to tell us that automations (the start from scratch ones) only work starting at the Plus package, which starts at $49/month. You are stuck with the premade automations and cannot add to them at the basic level.
I’m currently on the 30-day trial and it allows me to do everything, I just needed to select the first option of starting with a blank automation.
@@facundoarceo1573 You must be on the Plus package 30 day trial. The Basic plan does not allow you to use a blank automation. I have the Basic plan and I tried and I was told by customer support as well.

hi franklin, i had ever use getresponse email but the uptiming very slow and sometimes take 15 minutes to upload an image or template. How can you solve this problem. Is there a better way to optimise it faster in wordpress i am using namecheap and hosting.
Hi Franklin. The part I don’t understand is your landing page title. Does GetResponse create a default URL for you that is facebook friendly, etc? Or do you need to host this URL on your WordPress site? That’s where the disconnect is for me.
